The application is very mature and has been developed for 7 years. So while no major redesign or overhaul is needed, new features and minor changes to old patterns are discussed and implemented in sprints.
My role was to further develop the application by identifying potential areas for improvement in collaboration with product owners. I supported the sprint processes and developed new ideas into tangible concepts in bi-weekly sprints. I also managed communication between product owners, development teams, and external service providers.
